Take a minute for yourself

There are 24 hours in a day. As parents, we need time to ourselves to refresh our minds and relax. A sitter to watch the children for an hour.  An hour to yourself listening to music or reading a good book.  I think a  walk  on a nature trail is soothing too. You are surrounded by nature. It can bring a momentary peace and help you release any stress. The benefit of time to relax is important to your physical and  mental health.
