What is in the bag for lunch, today?

I have packed my children’s lunch for a  very long time. It is a fun time for them and me. They are given a choice in what goes in their lunch. The lunch of the day was French bread pizza, fruit salad with vanilla bean yogurt, granola bar, and  apple juice. We made a pizza from scratch this weekend and French bread pizza on a whim. The  two of them loved the pizzas. It was a big lunch in reality. Have you seen the food servings on a school lunch tray? Children need food to be delicious, filling, and nutritious. It should be appealing to the eye and the taste buds.
