Quick and Healthy snack for children

List of Ingredients                                                    




Plain Greek Yogurt


1 cup of Grapes

1-1/2 cups Strawberries cut in half

1 cup Sliced Peaches

Place all ingredients in bowl

Mix in 1 to 1-1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Put in refrigerator with lid on bowl

The recipe above is a quick fix for a lunch or snack. It is snack prepared for my daughter. I omit the strawberry and make a substitution due to allergy. She loves this quick snack. We always make it together. The trip to the Farmer’s Market is a learning time for us both. My daughter has seen the importance of knowing the source of her food. I hope you and your child enjoy this recipe.
